Ailun 3 Pack Screen Protector for iPhone 14 Plus / iPhone 14 Pro Max
This set offers three high-definition tempered glass protectors tailored for the iPhone 14 Plus and Pro Max, with a focus on clarity and scratch resistance. Compared to the smaller 6.1-inch options, this protector’s 6.7-inch size maximizes the display without compromising touch sensitivity or adding bulk. Its glossy finish and hydrophobic coating help minimize fingerprints, making it ideal for users who prioritize visual fidelity. However, it’s limited to specific iPhone models and doesn’t cover full-screen curves or case compatibility, which could leave edges vulnerable. The laser-cut edges ensure precise fit but may still require careful application. This protector stands out for large-screen owners who want high clarity and durability without sacrificing touch responsiveness.

Ailun 3 Pack Screen Protector for iPhone 17e/16e/14/13/13 Pro
This bundle offers three tempered glass protectors compatible with a range of 6.1-inch iPhones, including 13 and 14 series, emphasizing clarity and ease of installation. Compared to the higher-end options like the TOCOL for iPhone 15 Pro, this set balances affordability with solid protection, making it ideal for users who want multiple replacements or shared devices. Its rounded 2.5D edges improve comfort and reduce chipping risk but do not provide edge-to-edge coverage, which might concern those wanting full screen protection. While the high clarity and touch accuracy are reliable, it’s less suitable for owners of newer or different-sized models like the iPhone 16 or 13 mini. This protector is best for budget-conscious users with compatible iPhones who need spare protectors or multiple devices covered.

Ailun Screen Protector + Camera Lens Protector for iPhone 16, 3+3 Pack
This bundle combines three screen protectors and three camera lens protectors designed for the iPhone 16 6.1-inch, offering comprehensive coverage for both display and camera. Its high-definition clarity and touch sensitivity match premium protectors like the TOCOL for iPhone 15 Pro but with added camera protection, ideal for users concerned about scratches on both surfaces. The inclusion of night shooting features and AR compatibility adds a layer of advanced tech, setting it apart from basic protectors like the standard Ailun 3 Pack. However, it’s limited to iPhone 16 and doesn’t fit older models, and installation may require careful attention to avoid bubbles, especially for the camera covers. This option makes sense for users who want dual protection for their screen and camera with added tech features.
Pros:- Includes multiple protectors for full coverage
- High clarity with touch sensitivity maintained
- Advanced night shooting and AR tech integration
Cons:- Limited to iPhone 16, not compatible with other models
- Installation requires watching tutorials for best results

- Material:Tempered Glass
- Thickness:0.33mm

TOCOL for iPhone 15 Pro Screen Protector
The TOCOL for iPhone 15 Pro combines military-grade hardness with auto-installation, making it a prime choice for users prioritizing impact protection. Its 9H+ hardness and 8-foot drop resistance surpass many other protectors like the standard Ailun 3 Pack, providing peace of mind against accidental drops. The transparent, high-sensitivity surface ensures true-to-life visuals, while the nano-coating reduces fingerprints and smudges effectively. Despite its advanced protection, its specific design for the 15 Pro limits compatibility with other iPhone models, and improper installation can lead to bubbles or misalignment. The auto-alignment feature is a strong advantage, but users must handle it carefully during removal. This protector is best for users seeking rugged, high-impact defense in a premium package for their iPhone 15 Pro.
Pros:- High impact and scratch resistance with 9H+ hardness
- Auto-installation with auto-align feature
- Crystal-clear transparency and smudge resistance
Cons:- Limited to iPhone 15 Pro, not compatible with other models
- Potential bubbles if not installed carefully
Best for: iPhone 15 Pro owners who need maximum impact resistance and easy, precise installation.
Not ideal for: Owners of other iPhone models or those who prefer ultra-thin or curved-edge protectors.
- Compatibility:iPhone 15 Pro 6.1″
- Hardness:9H+
- Thickness:0.33mm
- Drop Protection:8FT
- Scratch Resistance:16,000 scratches
- Coatings:Nano-coating, water/oil repellent
Our verdict“Best for users needing the most durable, impact-resistant protector specifically for the iPhone 15 Pro.”
Ailun 3 Pack Screen Protector for iPhone 18 Pro / iPhone 17 Pro
This trio of tempered glass protectors is tailored for the iPhone 18 Pro and 17 Pro, both featuring 6.3-inch displays. It emphasizes high-definition clarity and touch accuracy similar to the Ailun 3 Pack for 14/13 models but with the added benefit of being suitable for newer, larger pro models. The pack offers good scratch resistance and oleophobic coating to reduce fingerprints, though it doesn’t provide full-coverage edge-to-edge protection like the more advanced TOCOL for iPhone 15 Pro. Its ease of installation with an included frame makes it appealing to users who want simple, reliable protection without fuss. Still, this specific size limits its use to certain models, and careful application is necessary to avoid air bubbles. This set is best for owners of the 6.3-inch iPhone 17 and 18 Pro who want straightforward, high-quality protection.
Pros:- High-definition clarity and 99.99% touch accuracy
- Includes installation frame for easy application
- Provides excellent scratch and fingerprint resistance
Cons:- Not compatible with other sizes or models outside 6.3 inches
- Requires careful installation to prevent bubbles
Best for: Owners of iPhone 17 Pro or 18 Pro seeking a high-clarity, easy-to-install screen protector for their large, high-resolution display.
Not ideal for: Users with smaller or larger iPhone models, or those requiring full-coverage protection with curved edges.
- Compatibility:iPhone 18 Pro / 17 Pro 6.3 Inch
- Material:Tempered Glass
- Thickness:0.33mm
- Number of Pack:3
- Features:High clarity, easy installation
- Coatings:Hydrophobic and oleophobic
Our verdict“Ideal for high-resolution 6.3-inch iPhone owners who want straightforward, reliable protection with easy setup.”
Spigen GlasTR EZ FIT Screen Protector for iPhone 16, 17, 17 Pro, 18 Pro
This model stands out for its combination of durability and ease of installation, making it a strong contender against the Ailun 3 Pack for those who prioritize a seamless, auto-alignment process. Its alumina-silicate glass with 10H hardness offers excellent scratch resistance, surpassing many standard protectors, and the full sensor compatibility ensures that features like Face ID remain responsive. While the auto-alignment tray simplifies installation, it requires careful handling to prevent mishaps, especially since it’s tailored specifically for certain iPhone Pro models, which limits versatility. Compared with the Ailun pack, the GlasTR’s crystal clarity and edge-to-edge coverage make it more suitable for users seeking premium protection without sacrificing display quality. The tradeoff is its higher price and narrower device compatibility, which could be limiting for those with different models.
Pros:- High durability with 10H scratch resistance
- Crystal clear display with 100% optical clarity
- Easy, precise installation via auto-alignment tray
- Maintains original touch and sensor responsiveness
Cons:- Requires careful handling during installation to avoid bubbles or misalignment
- Limited to specific iPhone Pro models, reducing versatility
Best for: Apple users who want a reliable, scratch-resistant screen protector that maintains full functionality and is easy to install.
Not ideal for: Budget-conscious buyers or those with multiple iPhone models, as it’s designed specifically for certain Pro models and costs more than basic options.
- Material:Alumina-Silicate Glass
- Hardness:10H
- Compatibility:iPhone 16 Pro, 17, 17 Pro, 18 Pro
- Features:Edge-to-edge protection, case friendly, oleophobic coating, full sensor compatibility
Our verdict“This screen protector is ideal for those seeking top-tier durability and precision fit on select iPhone models, willing to pay a premium for reliability.”
Ailun 3 Pack Screen Protector for iPhone 18 Pro Max / iPhone 17 Pro Max
Compared with the Spigen GlasTR, this Ailun 3 Pack offers a more economical choice for owners of the 6.9-inch iPhone 17 and 18 Pro Max, providing three protectors at a lower price point. Its tempered glass with 0.33mm thickness ensures effective scratch resistance while maintaining high-definition clarity and responsive touch, similar to premium models. The included installation frame simplifies application, making it accessible for users new to screen protectors, though it doesn’t cover the entire screen edge-to-edge, which might disappoint those seeking comprehensive coverage. Unlike the GlasTR, it lacks full sensor compatibility and may not support all advanced display features, but it compensates with affordability and multi-pack convenience. The tradeoff is slightly less coverage and the need for careful handling to prevent edge chipping over time.
Pros:- High-definition clarity and responsive touch
- Includes three protectors for great value and convenience
- Simple installation with included frame
- Effective against scratches and fingerprints
Cons:- Does not fully cover the curved edges of the screen
- Not compatible with iPhone models outside the 6.9-inch range
- Potential for edge chipping over time due to smaller coverage
Best for: Large-screen iPhone owners looking for a cost-effective, easy-to-install protector with multiple units for ongoing replacement or sharing.
Not ideal for: Users wanting edge-to-edge coverage or full sensor compatibility on newer iPhone models, since it’s designed for specific large screens and may not fit all versions perfectly.
- Compatibility:iPhone 18 Pro Max / iPhone 17 Pro Max 6.9 Inch
- Material:Tempered Glass
- Thickness:0.33mm
- Features:HD ultra-clear, hydrophobic and oleophobic coating, rounded edges, laser cut
Our verdict“This protector makes sense for users with large iPhones seeking affordable, straightforward protection without full edge coverage.”
How We Picked

Factors to Consider When Choosing Tempered Glass Screen Protectors
Choosing the right tempered glass screen protector involves more than just picking a brand. It’s important to consider compatibility with your device, the level of protection needed, and how the protector affects daily use. Understanding these factors helps avoid common pitfalls like reduced touch sensitivity or poor fit, which can diminish the overall experience. Here are key considerations to keep in mind when selecting a screen protector that truly meets your needs.Compatibility and Device Fit
Ensuring the protector matches your specific iPhone model is essential. Many protectors are designed for particular sizes and camera arrangements; a mismatch can lead to coverage gaps or interference with cases. Always check the product description for compatibility details. An ill-fitting protector can peel off more easily or cause bubbles, compromising both aesthetics and protection.
Protection Level and Material Strength
Look for tempered glass with at least 9H hardness for effective scratch and impact resistance. Thicker protectors generally absorb more shock, but they might reduce screen sensitivity or make the device bulkier. Consider whether you need maximum protection—such as for heavy use or outdoor activities—or a more minimalist, ultra-thin option for everyday convenience.
Clarity, Touch Sensitivity, and Fingerprint Resistance
High transparency and anti-fingerprint coatings enhance visual clarity and reduce smudges, maintaining a natural viewing experience. Touch sensitivity should remain responsive, especially for gaming or quick interactions. Cheaper protectors often sacrifice clarity or introduce a haze, so balancing price with these features is key for a satisfying user experience.
Ease of Installation and Bubble-Free Adhesion
A protector that is easy to install minimizes frustration and reduces the likelihood of bubbles or misalignment. Some models include installation tools or frame guides to simplify alignment. Avoid overly thick or rigid protectors if you fear difficult application, especially if you are new to installing screen protectors.
Additional Features and Bundle Options
Extras like camera lens protection, multiple packs, or bundled cleaning kits add value but can also increase cost. Camera protectors are especially useful if you often take photos or prefer extra security for your device’s optics. Consider what features matter most for your usage, and whether a bundle offers better overall value than buying separately.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will a tempered glass protector interfere with Face ID or Touch ID?
Most modern tempered glass protectors are designed to be ultra-thin and compatible with facial recognition or fingerprint sensors. High-quality protectors use materials that do not interfere with these technologies, but cheaper or thicker options might cause issues. Always check product compatibility and reviews to confirm that the protector preserves functionality without affecting device security features.
How do I prevent bubbles when installing my tempered glass protector?
Proper cleaning and careful alignment are key. Use the included cleaning tools to thoroughly remove dust and fingerprints before application. Slowly peel back the adhesive layer if possible and press from the center outward to prevent trapping air. Some protectors come with installation frames or wet application methods that make bubble-free installation easier for beginners.
Is a thicker glass protector better for impact protection?
Generally, yes. Thicker protectors tend to absorb more shock from drops or impacts, but this can come with tradeoffs such as reduced touch sensitivity or added bulk. If maximum impact resistance is your priority, look for models with thicker glass and reinforced edges, but be aware of how this might affect your device’s feel and usability.
Are camera lens protectors necessary, and do they affect photo quality?
Camera lens protectors add an extra layer of security against scratches and cracks, especially for those who frequently carry their devices outdoors or in rugged environments. High-quality lens protectors are designed to be transparent and minimally impact photo clarity. Cheaper options may introduce slight glare or reduce sharpness, so choose products specifically made for your camera model for the best results.
When should I replace my tempered glass protector?
You should replace your protector if it shows visible cracks, scratches, or if it begins to peel at the edges. Even minor damage can compromise its protective qualities. If you notice reduced touch sensitivity or a cloudy appearance, it’s also time for a new one. Regular replacement ensures your screen remains fully protected against future impacts and scratches.
Conclusion
For most users, the Spigen GlasTR EZ FIT offers a balanced mix of durability, clarity, and ease of installation, making it the best overall choice. Those seeking maximum value should consider the Ailun 3 Pack for affordability, while enthusiasts wanting extra camera protection might prefer the Ailun Screen Protector + Camera Lens Protector. Beginners or users wary of complicated installs will benefit from models with straightforward application. For heavy outdoor use or impact-prone environments, premium options with reinforced glass are advisable. Ultimately, your choice depends on your device, usage habits, and budget—this guide helps you find the best fit.Fall Picks
